Owen’s Roofing Inc is a highly successful commercial roofing and sheet metal company operating out of Smithfield, North Carolina. Owens Roofing Inc is seeking a sales professional responsible for developing , managing, and maintaining a client base of customers for the commercial repair division.

Sales Representative Opportunity:

Roofing outside sales representatives needed to develop and grow prospects that lead to new residential or commercial roofing jobs and/or accounts

We have been providing building owners with an unparalleled level of service and integrity over the years. We are looking to add new sales representatives who convey the same aptitude for service and adherence to our core beliefs of honesty, integrity, and reliability that every homeowner should expect when dealing with one of their most precious assets, their home.

We work with the largest roofing distributors in the industry and have access to all manufacturer’s reps to help obtain information and education when needed.

Duties include:

Develop leads through networking and company/personal marketing
Meeting with building owners, property managers and insurance agents
Completing roof inspections for owners to determine damage
Develop roofing reports and photo documentation through company CRM to provide information to homeowners, realtors, etc
Work directly with insurance adjusters during insurance inspections as required
Assist customers through the sales process, and assist in roofing material selection
Develop positive reviews and referrals
Other duties as required

Requirements:
***Previous roofing experience is not required. All training will be provided by Owens Roofing Inc and our partners***

Must be a self-motivated and independent individual
Must adhere to the highest moral character, integrity, honesty, compassion, and a customer satisfaction focused approach
Must have excellent communication skills
Must have strong negotiation skills
Must have computer skills to work within the company CRM, training will be provided
Must have access to a ladder and be comfortable with heights
The ability to maintain a clean work environment
Must have access to a personal computer
