To better meet client needs, Owens Roofing Inc. fabricates its own metal in a state-of-the-art shop, equipped with computerized cutting, folding, and layout technology. This advanced equipment allows us to precisely fabricate any metal component required, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and the highest quality for every project.

ONGOING SAFETY EDUCATION
Our employees receive specialized training in fall prevention through our partnership with the National Roofing Contractor Association (NRCA), ensuring that they are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to work safely and effectively at height.
- Our employees undergo comprehensive training in fall protection through NRCA courses and Company training, which includes hands-on demonstrations of equipment and self-rescue techniques.
- To ensure that our employees are aware of potential job risks, we require all employees to participate in semi-annual safety days which cover various safety topics.
- To meet OSHA requirements, employees are rewarded to qualify for OSHA 10 and every supervisor is required to have an OSHA 30 qualification. This demonstrates our commitment to ensuring a safe working environment for our employees.
GROUND SAFETY
Recognizing that hazards can exist not only at height but also at ground level, we have implemented procedures to guarantee the safety and well-being of all individuals on the job site. Our commitment to safety extends to every aspect of our operations, protecting all individuals from potential hazards.
- In order to minimize the risk of accidents and ensure safety on the job site, we implement traffic control measures such as the use of orange cones to mark designated work areas and vehicles, reducing the potential for collisions between workers and vehicles.
- To prevent falling debris and other hazards, we take the necessary steps to clear parking lots and other areas in proximity to the work site, ensuring that all individuals on the job site are protected from potential hazards.
- Rigorous safety inspections and audits: We regularly evaluate our job sites through internal and third-party inspections to minimize risk, identify potential hazards, and ensure adherence to safety measures.
- Continuous safety training: To maintain a culture of safety awareness and accident prevention, we provide ongoing safety training to our team members.
- Compliance with industry standards: We stay current with industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance and the highest level of safety for our team members and clients.
WE PROVIDE FREE ESTIMATES ON ALL OUR WORK.
In addition to roof replacements, repairs, maintenance and inspections, we offer building envelope remediation, window and skylight repair and replacement and ancillary electrical and HVAC repairs. We also install new roof drains, plumbing lines and underground piping, plaza deck waterproofing and fall protection systems.
